Passenger pricing and cab capacity

The first rider is included in the base fare. Each additional rider adds $3.

Plan for up to 5 passengers per cab without using the front seat. A 6th passenger requires dispatch approval and may require front-seat seating, which we generally avoid. Groups larger than 6 need more than one cab.

10-minute wait and non-refundable payment policy

Please be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Drivers can wait up to 10 minutes. If the rider is not ready, the driver must contact dispatch and the ride may be cancelled. Payments are non-refundable because driver time, vehicle availability, and fuel have already been committed.

Wheelchair-accessible cab update

We do not currently have a wheelchair-accessible cab. We will accommodate mobility needs as much as we safely can without putting riders or drivers at risk. Dispatch must review and confirm what assistance is possible for each trip.
